ESSFTA does NOT recommend, guarantee, endorse, examine, nor rate breeders, their kennels, or their dogs. Buyers beware in all instances. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check all matters relating to registration, health claims, awards or certificates, quality, stud/puppy agreements with the breeder, sellers, or stud owners before making any decision.

All warranties, guarantees and promises are between buyer(s) and sellers(s) as individuals. The ESSFTA promotes and expects fairness in all buyer-seller relationships. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any listing without notice of any breeder not in good standing with the ESSFTA.
